Overview
The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for configuration, development, and integration within the ServiceNow platform. This role supports ServiceNow (SNOW) instances, ensuring scalability, compliance, and alignment with FedRAMP / DoD requirements, while enabling workflow automation and ITSM / ITOM processes.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize applications, workflows, and integrations in ServiceNow modules (Service Catalog, CMDB, ITAM, Incident Management).Use JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and related tools to automate processes.Implement APIs, connectors, and plugins to integrate ServiceNow with other systems (Intune, Azure, Lansweeper, Automox, MS Teams).Gather requirements, design solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional IT / business teams.Support secure deployments and participate in architecture discussions.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in ServiceNow configurations and workflows.Document configurations, code, and integration points for compliance and knowledge sharing.Apply Agile and DevSecOps methodologies to manage development backlogs.Required Experience
3+ years of ServiceNow development experienceHands-on expertise with core ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Reporting)Experience with Service MappingProven background in FedRAMP High or other high-compliance Government / DoD projectsNice-to-Have Experience
Exposure to Washington, DC release (or newer)Experience customizing ServiceNow ITAMBackground with Linux or Windows system administrationRequired Skills
ServiceNow CSA CertificationService mapping and workflow configurationStrong JavaScript and SQL scripting skillsPreferred Skills
