Must possess excellent communication, interpersonal, proficient negotiating skills, and analytical skills. Carrier Sales Specialist (Bilingual English / Korean)
Responsibilities
- Build new and manage existing carrier base
- Negotiate fair rates with carriers to ensure on-time pickup to meet on-time delivery set by customer
- On board new carriers using proprietary tools and in house vetting process
- Utilize proprietary tools to find carriers to move customer shipments to include internal and external load boards
- Send rate confirmations to carriers
- Identify issues and work cross-functionally to determine and implement the best solution
- Be on-call on holidays, weekends, and after traditional office hours (this time will be split between team)
- Other assigned duties
