Introduction :
We are seeking a Repair Production Manager to join our Mesa Repair Center at Metso. In this role, you will oversee the Mesa repair shop production process, ensuring the right resources (machinery and personnel) to complete projects on time in accordance with OEM standards. Collaborating with the Mesa Repairs Planners and Estimators to prepare schedules, estimate costs, and prepare budgets. Drive production workflow to ensure meeting deadlines and budgets with optimum resource use. Enforce a clean and safe repair production facility incorporating lean practices.
In this position, you will report to the Director, Service Center Repair Operations
This position is located in Mesa, AZ (US).
