As a Business Trainee Student, you'll embark on a dynamic learning journey, gaining hands-on experience and valuable insights into various aspects of the business world. This role is designed for college students eager to launch their careers, offering exposure to multiple teams across Daktronics while fostering professional growth and development. You'll be paired with a mentor who will encourage you to think critically, take initiative, and build a strong foundation in Daktronics' products, practices, and procedures. Rotation experiences vary for each student, offering exposure to different teams based on individual interests and business needs. The duration of each rotation may also differ, providing flexibility and a personalized learning experience.

• Sales Administration
• Services / Design & Development Administration
• Sales Coordination
• Quote and Order Specialist
• Project Coordination
• Daktronics Sports Marketing
• Training
• Events

When will I work?

Applicants should be available to work approximately 15 hours per week (maximum of 20 hours per week) during the academic year and up to 40 hours per week during the summer.

Where is this opportunity located?

While all responsibilities can be performed remotely, preference is given to candidates residing near our corporate headquarters in Brookings, South Dakota. This position is open to candidates eligible to work in the U.S.

What are the pay and perks?

The typical hiring range for this position is $14.00 to $15.00 per hour based on the location of Brookings, SD. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including relevant education, experiences, location, and applicable local legislation.

Students with GPA of 3.5 and above may be eligible for a $500 Academic Excellence Reward for each spring and fall semester completed while employed. Additional conditions may apply.
