Production Manager

A company is looking for a Manager Production (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee cost-effective and efficient production processes, including sourcing and quality assurance

Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize cost and quality

Lead and mentor the production team, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field

5+ years of experience in high-level fashion production management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire teams

Proficiency in production management software and advanced knowledge of Excel
