Senior Director of Advertising Sales Food

As the Senior Director of Advertising Sales Food, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for driving strategic partnerships and revenue growth across Walmart's Food vertical. You will :

• Own the sales strategy and execution for key Food advertisers, ensuring alignment with Walmart Connects broader goals.
• Lead and develop a team of sales leaders, account managers, and campaign strategists to scale advertiser success.
• Build deep relationships with C-suite stakeholders at major food brands, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
• Drive innovation by identifying new advertising opportunities and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Analytics).
• Leverage data and insights to inform campaign strategies and demonstrate ROI to clients.
• Represent Walmart Connect at industry events and in key markets such as NYC, Chicago, and San Francisco.

The annual salary range for this position is $156,000.00-$312,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications :

Option 1 : Bachelors degree in business, finance, marketing and sales, advertising, or related area and 6 years experience in business development, market development, or related area. Option 2 : 8 years experience in business development, market development, or related area. 2 years supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

In a role preparing and executing budgets, leading cross-functional teams, Masters degree in Business, Finance, Marketing and Sales, Advertising, or related area., Sales, Supervisory experience
