The Role

We're seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead daily quality operations in our Burlington, NC facility. In this role, you'll oversee inspections, audits, and documentation while driving continuous improvement across assembly and field support. You'll coach and develop a small team, strengthen SOPs, and ensure our products and processes meet the highest standards.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor quality inspectors / technicians.
  • Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
  • Develop and maintain quality plans, checklists, and audit schedules.
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and root cause analysis.
  • Champion Lean / 5S initiatives to improve workflows and reduce waste.
  • Partner with Production, Engineering, and Training to refine SOPs.
  • Report and track quality metrics; prepare dashboards and management updates.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in Quality Control / Assurance (manufacturing required).
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred (associate degree or equivalent experience accepted).
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Lean / 5S practices, and GMP.
  • Skilled in audits, inspections, root cause analysis, and corrective action.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Elevator industry experience a plus.
