SMT Machine Operator

We're looking for SMT Machine Operator in Burnsville, MN to join our client's team and bring custom electronic designs to life. If you have experience with SMT Machine programming and setup, along with a sharp eye for quality, this is your opportunity to excel in a thriving, tech-focused environment!

Pay Rate : $19 - $24 / hr. (Depending on experience)

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 2pm - 10pm

Key Responsibilities :

• Work efficiently on assigned workstation / assembly position, monitor and track quality of assemblies and communicate any discrepancies, and continually look for ways to improve product quality.
• Inspect, assemble and touchup assemblies per J-STD-001 to meet IPC 610 quality guidelines following customer documentation, ATC procedures and specific instructions.
• Maintain and enforce established QMS procedures and documentation.
• Other duties as assigned by lead or supervisor.
