MIG Welder – Now Hiring - Train on 1st shift and move to 2nd shift!

Join our team to fabricate and assemble metal structures using welding tools and techniques. You'll read blueprints, measure and cut materials, and perform welding in various positions. Metal thickness can vary from sheet metal and tubing up to a 2" plate. Core hours offer a 4-day work week for 2nd shift. This is a Direct Hire position.

Shift : Train on 1st shift then move to 2nd shift

Hours : 1st shift 7am-3 : 30pm Monday - Friday; 2nd shift 3 : 30pm-2am Monday - Thursday

Pay : $18-$25 DOE plus 60 cent night differential for 2nd shift only

Key Responsibilities :

• Read blueprints and plan layouts
• Cut, grind, and prepare materials
• Weld components (MIG; TIG / MMA a plus)
• Inspect welds and ensure quality
• Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols
