Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, while also identifying areas for improvement.

Job Description

The Quality Assurance Specialist will conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. This includes reviewing documentation, observing work processes, and identifying any discrepancies or areas for improvement. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.

In addition to conducting inspections and audits, the Quality Assurance Specialist will also be responsible for implementing corrective actions to address any issues that are identified. This may involve working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new procedures or protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. quality assurance, engineering, etc.)
• 5+ years of experience in a quality assurance or related field
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g. ISO 9001)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends
