Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through various communication platforms
Direct messages and concerns to appropriate personnel for resolution
Maintain understanding of products, services, and policies to assist customers effectively
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a school-based environment
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred
Proficient in Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Suite
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
