Assistant Process Master
Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey-before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.
Work You'll Do
- Assist the Process Master in organizing and facilitating knowledge sharing network activities.
- Gather and document lessons learned, proven practices, and process improvement opportunities from project teams.
- Help coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items to ensure progress on network initiatives.
- Support the implementation of knowledge sharing strategies and participate in assessment and review activities.
- Maintain and update content on knowledge sharing platforms and repositories.
- Assist in collecting and reporting metrics related to process improvement and knowledge sharing efforts.
- Facilitate communication among network members, connecting them to relevant information and resources.
- Support the development and distribution of reports, briefings, and presentations for the network and leadership.
- Encourage participation and engagement within the knowledge sharing network.
- Assist with the documentation and communication of process improvements, cost / quality enhancements, and other successes.
- Support the management of annual plans, process management plans, and action management plans.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform process improvement recommendations.

Qualifications Required :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in maintenance, modernization, or sustainment within the Surface Ship Community or a similar operational environmentMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureActive Secret security clearance requiredAbility to travel 10-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries / sectors you servePreferred :Knowledge of Surface Ship Community operations, governance, or knowledge sharing structures.Experience at a manager or equivalent level within the Surface Ship CommunityExperience supporting process improvement or knowledge management initiatives.Familiarity with continuous improvement or knowledge management processes.Experience assisting with maintenance programs or logistics operations in a naval or similar distributed environment.Information for applicants with a need for accommodation : https : / / www2.deloitte.com / us / en / pages / careers / articles / join-deloitte-assistance-for-disabled-applicants.html
