The Chief of Staff is the COO's right hand a process optimizer, system builder, and force multiplier. Ideal for a high-potential operator who wants to help scale a national mobile care organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive key strategic initiatives across regions and service lines
• Build operational dashboards and track KPIs for leadership
• Lead cross-functional projects such as an EMR implementation, inventory tracking reconciliation, and more
• Refine workflows across scheduling, recruiting, dispatch, and coordination Support org design, OKRs, and performance tracking
