Hospital's Women's & Children's Clinic is seeking an innovative, dynamic and flexible OB‐GYN who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility! Come join our team of 3 fulltime physicians and 1 nurse practitioner and serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon. Opportunity Details : Outpatient Rural Health Clinic Four 10‐hour days per week Average of 13‐17 patients per day. For providers averaging 15 patients per day who intend to continue to increase their capacity, a scribe can be provided 11 exam rooms, 1 non‐stress testing room with up‐to‐date equipment, 2 ultrasound machines for clinic use Behavioral health on‐site for consultation and warm handoff 1 : 3 call Dedicated Family Birthing Center with certified lactation consultant services Epic EMR integrated in clinic and hospital setting Very competitive total compensation opportunity (450k) RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold Quality incentives up to $110,000 annually, Commencement bonus of $40,000, $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription
