Remote Staff Accountant

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant - Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and account reconciliation

Conduct cash flow management and sales tax responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for accounting-related communications and client meetings

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or one year of accounting-related experience

Proficiency in financial statements and understanding of accounting principles

Knowledge of accounting systems such as QuickBooks Online, BILL, or Gusto

Ability to manage time and workload effectively in a remote environment

Professional demeanor in all client-facing communications
