Your Role At Baxter : The RFP Technical Writer is a technical professional position within the Enterprise Technical & Innovation division. This role serves as the technical and security lead in responding to RFPs and Security Questionnaires across Baxter’s product portfolio. A high level of familiarity with IT environments in the acute care setting is essential. The role requires engaging with internal and external customers to represent the technical aspects of our solutions, and aims to standardize the information exchange to support partnerships and vendor assessment across organizations.
Your Team : This position reports to the Director of Customer Experience & Integrations and is part of a team responsible for overall technology needs.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. Baxter is committed to equitable pay for all employees and strives to be transparent with pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 annually. The range reflects an anticipated salary; actual pay is based on location, skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
