The candidate we are seeking must possess the following :

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office.
• Handle Multi-lined phones.
• Efficiently schedule appointments, maximizing provider availability.
• Comfortable with coordinating patient treatment and collecting copays.
• Knowledge of insurance companies, benefits, and dental procedures.
• Coordinate insurance benefits and financial arrangements.
• Dental experience a must.
• Previous sales experience and Dentrix software knowledge preferred.
• Exemplify our culture, values, and commitment to patient satisfaction.
• Must be a team player!
• Must possess leadership skills that motivate and energize the team and patients.
• Must work hand in hand with doctors and support staff to set and accomplish goals.
