Line Cook
We are looking for a talented and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a solid grasp of food safety practices, and takes pride in delivering exceptional dishes to our guests.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items following established recipes and quality standards.
Assist with menu development by suggesting creative ideas for seasonal specials.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant kitchen at all times.
Work closely with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
Handle ingredient preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and marinating.
Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to the kitchen manager.
Support catering events by providing excellent food preparation and service.
Uphold consistent quality and presentation for every dish served.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar kitchen role.
Strong culinary skills and understanding of various cooking techniques.
Background in fine dining or high-volume restaurants preferred.
Knowledge of dietary operations or experience as a dietary aide is a plus.
Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
