Corporate Staff Accountant

The Corporate Staff Accountant is responsible for the cash reporting cycle for the corporate entities, as well as assisting with the detailed monthly accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting of these entities. The position requires proven analytical skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position will report to the Corporate Assistant Controller.

Duties and Functions :

• Record daily cash transactions and maintain corporate cash reporting logs.
• Reconcile operating cash daily and produce monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Reconcile corporate monthly expense reports and manage related invoicing to related parties.
• Coordinate monthly fee billings across all corporate entities and affiliates.
• Prepare weekly bank deposits.
• Support process improvement projects related to corporate accounting.
• Other duties as assigned.
