Summary :

We are seeking an experienced supply chain analyst to enhance our operational processes through process management and advanced data analytics. This role requires a deep understanding of end to end supply chain functions, data analysis, cross functional partnership, and system / tooling enhancements. The successful candidate will take ownership of operation processes improvements, support projects from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze current warehouse operations processes for inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Propose and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency, productivity and reduce costs.
• Serve as a liaison between the operations team and third-party vendors to coordinate routine activities - identify constraints and execute solutions and respond to daily process-related escalations. Track and follow up on open items and escalations. Provide ad hoc support to stakeholders, including data reporting, root cause analysis, and more.
• Manage and implement updates to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) following the time studies and change management process.
• Evaluate and recommend supply chain system enhancements and other new technologies that enhance inventory tracking, data accuracy, and operational efficiency. Assist in solution testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Work with data intelligence teams to develop metrics dashboards, providing real-time visibility into performance metrics and enabling informed decision-making.
• Meeting Management : Organize and conduct regular sync meetings and training sessions to ensure transparency and keep all stakeholders informed of process changes and updates.
• Strategic Thinking : Initiate or propose new strategies based on organizational goals and data insights.
• Project Management : Oversee all aspects from planning to execution, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time; support projects with data analysis, process mapping, and proposals for system enhancements.
