We are seeking a dedicated Billing Specialist to join our team! Candidates with experience in professional services industries or project-based billing are highly encouraged to apply for this long-term contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare, review, and send invoices to clients based on services rendered
• Monitor accounts receivable to identify overdue accounts and take appropriate action to resolve outstanding balances
• Reconcile and verify discrepancies between accounts
• Maintain detailed and organized billing records
• Handle client inquiries regarding billing questions or disputes with professionalism
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or equivalent experience is preferred
• 2+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable; prior experience in project-based billing or a professional services environment is a significant advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, or other ERP systems)
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
