We are looking for a highly skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage essential financial operations and administrative tasks while ensuring accuracy and compliance across all bookkeeping processes. This role demands attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in handling payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Salary for this role is competitive and ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities :
Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accuracy in financial records and reporting.Handle payroll operations, including calculations, deductions, and timely disbursements.Oversee human resources administrative tasks, such as employee records and benefits coordination.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks.Generate financial reports to assist in budgeting and decision-making processes.Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.Collaborate with management to address financial inquiries and resolve discrepancies.Monitor and enforce compliance with financial policies and regulations.Proven experience in full charge bookkeeping, including handling AP, AR, and payroll.Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations and financial reporting.Familiarity with human resources administrative processes.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to analyze and resolve financial discrepancies effectively.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.Strong communication skills for collaborating with various departments.
