Salary : $23 - $40 / hour (DOE)
We are looking for an experienced EDM Machinist to join our 2nd shift in Santa Clara, CA.
EDM Machinist Responsibilities :
- Reviews work orders, engineering plans, materials, specifications, locations of surfaces,and CNC EDM parameters to create parts according to customer blueprints and instructions
- Monitors machine coolants, lubricants, oils, fluids, grease, and fills as required and documents maintenance on Coolant Fluid Maintenance Log
- Programs, sets-up, and runs CNC EDM equipment
- Performs preventative maintenance of EDM machines as required
- Closely monitors and adjusts operation of machines and / or tooling while regularly inspecting parts for conformance to requirements
- Designs, fabricates and / or provides support to manufacturing personnel for tooling, cutters, work holding, fixtures, jaws, and procurements required to manufacture parts
