Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Manage reservations and bookings efficiently
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a courteous manner
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
