Hilton Boston Park Plaza is looking to welcome a Guest Service Agent to join the team! This 1060 room property has a premier Back Bay location just steps away from the Boston Common and the Public Garden, as well as a half mile from Beacon Hill and the Theater District! Our 10+ team members report to the Director of Front Office.

The Ideal candidate holds 1+ years working in a fast paced environment within customer service. Availability to work the required shifts. Excel at providing amazing customer service.

Shift Pattern : AM / PM (weekdays, weekends, holidays as needed)

Pay Rate : $29.00 per hour plus the opportunity for additional incentives

What will I be doing?
