Qualifications :

• Proven track record of managing a used car department with an exceptional CSI
• Previous auto sales management experience
• Proficiency in vAuto
• Strong time management, communication, and customer engagement skills
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Responsibilities :

The Used Vehicle Manager is responsible for the appraisal, purchase, reconditioning, display and merchandising of the used vehicle inventory.

The estimated annual earnings for this position ranges from $92,758 to $235,879. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and / or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commission based off department net, and bonuses based on Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units, and Flat Rate Hours.
