Primary Responsibilities :

• Direct Executive Support : Manage Michael McCall's calendar, email correspondence, scheduling, and day-to-day administrative tasks with exceptional attention to detail
• Client Relations : Follow up with new leads and past clients, conduct initial phone consultations with leads and recruits, set appointments for Michael, and maintain client communication systems
• Real Estate Activities : Show homes on Michael's behalf when needed, coordinate new listing activities, and assist with property and active client related tasks
• Team Support : Help onboard new agents to the team, assist with team coordination, and support our growing organization
• Lead Management : Utilize our CRM systems to track, follow up, and nurture leads through our proven systems
• Technology Management : Leverage tech tools to streamline operations, manage databases, and optimize our digital presence
• Project Management : Handle special projects, research solutions, and any additional tasks needed to support Michael and business growth
