Key Responsibilities :
Design and implement an integrated data framework for in-force planning to enhance customer engagement
Establish standardized planning processes and execute cross-functional workflows for client expansion and retention
Develop measurement systems to track plan execution and oversee the design of planning frameworks linking expansion opportunities to revenue goals
Required Qualifications :
7+ years of experience in business operations, process improvement, or data-driven planning roles
Proven success in building and motivating high-performing teams
Experience in data integration and standardization across multiple systems
Bachelor's degree required
