Build and lead a cross-functional team across product, operations, and go-to-market efforts
Develop strategic partnerships with banks, processors, and fintech providers while ensuring compliance and security standards
Required Qualifications
8-15+ years of experience in payments, fintech, or B2B financial products
Proven track record of building or scaling a new business line
Deep understanding of payments infrastructure and embedded finance
Experience in startup or growth-stage SaaS companies preferred
Strong leadership skills and ability to thrive in fast-moving environments
