Why This Role Matters
As our Transaction Coordinator, you’ll be the glue that holds our real estate closings together. From ensuring contracts are airtight to tracking deadlines, coordinating with attorneys, and managing post-closing data, your work will directly impact how quickly and efficiently we can help our clients.
What You’ll Do
- Manage active transaction files from contract to close
- Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, creditors, and insurance providers
- Track and meet deadlines (inspections, closings, wire transfers)
- Review contracts, HUDs, and closing statements for accuracy
- Input and manage CRM data (Podio / Salesforce)
- Maintain organized digital records of every transaction
- Attend virtual daily team meetings

Prior experience as a paralegal, title abstractor, or working with closing attorneysFamiliarity with South Carolina real estate law, probate, foreclosure, or real estate litigationYou've worked in a fast-paced small team or startup environmentBenefits
