Senior Brand Manager
The Senior Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of high-impact initiatives across our portfolio, with a focus on building powerful, full-funnel marketing campaigns to launch new products and support our existing portfolio.
This role will lead integrated marketing efforts across digital, retail, and experiential channels. Job responsibilities include :
- Develop and execute brand strategies and annual operating plans that drive revenue, market share, and profitability growth.
- Drive large-scale, integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, shopper, retail media, and in-person activations that generate measurable brand and business growth.
- Champion brand consistency and creative excellence across packaging, advertising, and content; lead design development in partnership with agencies and internal teams.
- Optimize product presence across both the retail and digital shelf using design thinking and shopper behavior insights.
- Lead the development and execution of shopper marketing programs in partnership with sales and customer teams, tailored to major retail accounts (e.g., mass, club, Amazon).
- Use consumer insights, syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen), and marketplace trends to inform innovation pipelines and campaign strategy.
- Collaborate with sales, R&D, supply chain, finance, and creative to ensure alignment and operational execution.
- Manage brand budgets and P&Ls with a focus on ROI, efficiency, and long-term brand equity.
Qualifications and experience include :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.7-9 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or innovation within the CPG, food, or wellness industries.Proven success leading and executing large, integrated marketing campaigns across retail, digital, and social platforms.Hands-on experience developing and executing shopper marketing programs with major national retailers.Strong background in driving business growth through full-funnel marketing tactics and consumer engagement strategies.Familiarity with creative and design processes, including packaging development, visual brand identity, and content production.Highly collaborative, with experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders at all levels.Excellent analytical skills and fluency in syndicated data tools such as IRI or Nielsen.Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Salary for the Senior Brand Manager starts at $170,000.
