Champion our loss prevention and safety programs-because protecting people and property is priority one. Partner with leadership to support renovations and preventive maintenance projects that elevate guest experience. 5+ years in engineering : You've seen it all-leaks, locks, and line voltage-and know how to fix it fast. Proven leadership skills : You can coach a team with confidence and hold folks accountable with heart. Budget & P&L experience : You know the numbers behind R&M and labor-and why they matter. Knowledge of safety codes. Tech-savvy mindset : From CMMS to Workday, you don't shy away from screens and systems. Flexible availability : Nights, weekends, or holidays-you're ready when duty calls.
