Principal I&C Engineer

A company is looking for a Part-Time Instrumentation & Controls Engineer at the Principal level.

Key Responsibilities

Create precise engineering deliverables, including drawings and calculations, that meet industry standards

Develop engineering documents that exceed client and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success and perform field walkdowns

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience

Experience in engineering / design services, power generation, nuclear power, or heavy industrial projects

Preferred qualifications include Nuclear Engineering Change and 10CFR50.59 Screen qualifications

Knowledge of digital hardware and software in I&C systems and experience with large-scale digital control system upgrades

Must be able to perform plant walkdowns and get badged at a nuclear facility
