Requirements

Responsibilities :

• Assist the Key account manager in supporting the company to maintain a high-quality standard in the industry, solving concerns from the company’s key clients, and analyzing and preparing reports as needed.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the needs and requirements of important clients and prepare tailored solutions.
• Prepare customized quotations for targeted accounts by applying the pricing policy and utilizing market intelligence.
• Create and maintain customer SOPs for key account clients.
• Conduct regular performance review meetings with Key Account clients.
• Track and trace the status of parcels and provide updates to Key account customers.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports on delivery / dispatch rates for key accounts.
• Analyze data and identify the causes for any issues based on tracking and tracing reports from key account customers.
• Prepare and send AR billing invoices / statements to customers on a weekly basis and follow up on any late payments.
• Review claims submitted by Key Account Customers.
• Take on additional tasks as assigned.
• Provide backup support to other team members when necessary.
