Security Professional Unarmed Patrol Full-Time CRE

As a Security Professional Unarmed Patrol Full-Time CRE in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with tenants and visitors, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining open communication. Pay Rate : $19.85 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTime

Mon 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Tue 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Sat 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Sun 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
  • Collaborate with property management and / or local authorities as needed to address incidents or emergencies.
  • Remain visible and approachable to help to deter unwanted behavior and provide assistance to tenants, employees, and visitors as needed.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
