Credit Administrator Ii
The Credit Administrator II will be responsible for collecting balances due from accounts receivable customers and maintaining adequate customer contact. This role involves reviewing order queue to ensure orders are being addressed in a timely manner, and managing a credit portfolio. Review customer account history, past payments, average days to pay, credit limit, for order release. Research and resolve disputes, payment variances. Communicate with sales and review customer orders that are pending release.

Skills and Requirements
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of related commercial collections experience.
Intermediate to excellent skills understanding commercial credit and collections.
Prior experience managing credit portfolios and review customer account history, past payments, average days to pay, credit limit, for order release. Post-secondary business education
