Team Lead Housekeeper

to oversee evening operations at a professional

medical office building in Lafayette.

What You'll Do :

• Lead and support the evening housekeeping team.
• Uphold all PCMS rules and regulations, code of conduct, and policies.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of each facility, including but not limited to, floors, walls, furnishing, vents, restrooms, and all equipment. Vertical and horizontal dust furniture, cabinets, windowsills, and bookcases. Empty trash cans. Dispose of trash. Vacuum carpets. Sweep floor and dust mop floors. Clean restrooms. Restock restrooms.
• Manage the area to which assigned. Responsible for inspecting behind all other employees in their assigned area including floor keepers and floor techs.
• Communicate and work closely with Facility Supervisor and Assistant Facility Supervisor to ensure a productive and positive work environment for all staff. In addition, team lead will assist in ensuring team cohesiveness and positive morale.
