A company is looking for a Sales & Membership Support Associate to assist prospective members and support marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct discovery calls with prospective members and guide them through the application process
Support event presence by coordinating logistics and building relationships at tradeshows and industry events
Manage lead follow-up and maintain accurate data in the CRM for effective communication and outreach
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or member acquisition, preferably in a community or entrepreneurial setting
Proven ability to manage high volumes of conversations and convert leads through various outreach methods
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing platforms for effective lead nurturing
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
Fluent in written and spoken English for effective communication
