JOB SUMMARY
The Facilities Manager (Manager / Sr. Manager) is responsible for ensuring the reliable, compliant, and efficient operation of all facility systems supporting a GMP-regulated gene therapy manufacturing plant. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for building infrastructure, critical utilities, and environmental systems required to maintain aseptic manufacturing conditions and product quality. The Facilities Manager drives proactive maintenance, asset lifecycle management, and continuous improvement to maximize facility uptime, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business growth. Acting as a cross-functional partner, this role leads the facilities team in delivering a safe, sustainable, and compliant environment for employees, processes, and products.
This position is posted at the Manager / Senior Manager level. The level hired will be determined based on the successful candidate's qualifications.
