We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team in Summer 2026. As a Human Resources Intern, you'll impact the world around you by helping us solve real-life challenges while living out our values in interactions with our clients, communities, shareholders, and each other. While this is a hybrid internship with no need to relocate, there will likely be in-person networking opportunities in the nearest office where you reside throughout your internship. You'll work with a knowledgeable and supportive team on our highest priorities, within HR and Jacobs overall, partnering on initiatives exposing you to a variety of HR functions throughout the organization. Currently enrolled in a Master's in Human Resources academic program, an MBA program with a concentration in HR, or a Masters in Industrial Organizational Psychology. This role is not eligible to candidates who require sponsorship. Ideally, you'll also have : 3.0 GPA or higher, a previous internship related to your field of study, excellent oral and written communication skills, a sense of initiative and focus on results, proven experience dealing with ambiguity and problem solving, an excellent ability to collaborate effectively, project management experience, collaborative work behaviors, ownership and accountability, proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Employees have access to a 401(k) plan, as well as legally mandated benefits. The base salary range for this position is $44,700.00 to $54,120.00; though will be paid hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
