Job Summary
Responsible for vendor and supplier management, inventory management, operational execution and sustainability efforts. Provides leadership and direction for multiple functional areas. Manages professionals at manager, supervisor and professional levels. Ensures appropriate resources to achieve financial and business objectives. Influences, shapes, and integrates strategy for functional area(s).
Core Responsibilities
- Accountable within operations including processes and performance, from tactical operations to strategic planning with the goal of operational excellence.
- Maintain long-term perspective to provide vision and leadership in areas of process improvements and cost reduction.
- Actively participate in sales and operations planning (S&OP) process to represent operations team.
- Accountable for outsourced vendor and supplier management responsible for ensuring consistent high quality and standardized operations and contracted service level agreements are being followed.
- Drive for improvement in inventory, production management, transportation and cost by leveraging key performance indicators / metrics.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop crisis or disaster plans to minimize impact of supply chain disruptions.
- Develop and lead sustainability plan for supply chain operations.
- Oversee all field and corporate escalations related to operations and vendor management are resolved quickly and appropriately.
- Serve as a champion and subject matter expert for operations, elevating the understanding and knowledge of operations with your peers / key stakeholders.
- Align strategic roadmap with key stakeholders across functions, hierarchy and different parts of the business.
- Coach both headquarters and front-line managers around change management and successfully implementing change throughout the organization.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.

Compensation : This job can be performed in Colorado with a Pay Range of $137,206.88 - $205,810.32
