Pricing Strategy Execution

Own end-to-end pricing strategy execution for assigned therapeutic areas. Build brand-specific strategies that map lifecycle stages, assign portfolio roles, set GTN targets, and define customer segmentation with customer-level investment recommendations. Monitor markets and collaborate across functions to implement and optimize pricing.

Position Responsibilities

• Execute documented pricing strategy process across lifecycle mapping, portfolio role assignment, GTN target setting, and segmentation.
• Develop comprehensive brand strategies with detailed customer-level guidance across the portfolio.
• Apply deep understanding of competitive dynamics and channel economics to tailor pricing and incentives for growth and margin protection.
• Monitor market and GTN performance; recommend timely adjustments; deliver insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Deal Desk, Promotions, and Customer Operations to operationalize strategies and communicate changes.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000 - $148,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for short-term incentive compensation. This position is also eligible for long-term incentives.
