What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and execute the IT strategy for the Americas, aligning with regional business goals.
• Manage Tech Stack : OKTA, JAMF, Windows.
• Lead adoption of innovative technologies to drive transformation and competitive advantage.
• Spearhead digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
• Promote integration of advanced technologies supporting sustainable growth.
• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure for high availability and performance.
• Implement cost-effective cloud solutions to support agility and growth.
• Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Mentor team members and support their professional development.
• Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance management.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring strategic resource allocation.
