TikTok LIVE team's mission is to work hand-in-hand with creators & influencers, agencies, and partnership organizations to create an environment that brings communities together in real time to create meaningful and interactive connections around the globe.

We’re looking for a sharp, execution-driven Creator Growth Manager to support TikTok LIVE’s gaming creator ecosystem. In this role, you’ll help plan and execute creator growth programs, track performance, and collaborate across content, product, and BD teams to drive measurable creator impact. You will report directly to the Creator Growth Team Lead and focus on delivering initiatives that scale growth across key creator segments.

This is a great fit for someone who excels at turning strategy into action, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a deep understanding of the creator economy in gaming vertical.

Responsibilities

Creator Segmentation & Support Execution

• Apply and refine a tier-based segmentation model for creators by content type and growth stage.
• Deliver appropriate growth tactics per tier (e.g., 1 : 1 guidance, group sessions, self-serve resources).

Job Information

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83,600 - $143,556 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses / incentives, and restricted stock units.

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
