Middle Office CLO Associate
The client is a global investment firm specializing in private equity and credit strategies.
Job Description
The role involves :
- Monitoring and processing daily CLO transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with operational standards.
- Reconciling cash flows, payment schedules, and account balances for assigned portfolios.
- Providing daily cash liquidity reporting to the front office.
- Working with fund accounting / fund admins / pricing teams to prepare and validate NAV and P&L items.
- Monthly sign-offs on cash, position, and income items.
- Ad-hoc reporting.
- Assisting in preparing reports and documentation for stakeholders and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting audits by providing necessary data and responding to queries.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all tasks.

The Successful Applicant Should Have :
Product knowledge exposure- bank debt (syndicated, private, all structures) CLO debt and equity.A strong understanding of CLOs and related financial instruments.Strong Fund knowledge (P&L, NAV, etc.)Experience with VPM, Everest, IVP, MicroStrategy is a plus.Whats on Offer :
