Donor Engagement Specialist Turlock, CA Comp : $75k-$90k

What You'll Do
- Be active and engaged with community social and business clubs, networking groups, and events to grow our presence and exposure to our non-profit.
- Create meaningful donor experiences that deepen loyalty and inspire giving through sharing our impact in the community.
- Plan and support engaging donor events that highlight the mission.
- Build and grow strong, lasting donor relationships through personal outreach and stewardship.
- Partner with leadership and volunteers to design innovative fundraising strategies.
- Share compelling stories that highlight impact and encourage sustained giving.
- Research, identify, and cultivate new donor prospects.
- Collaborate with committees and the board to strengthen long-range fundraising plans.
- Represent the mission at community events, service clubs, and civic gatherings.
- Build partnerships with local businesses and service organizations.
- Lead donor tours, presentations, and community conversations to expand awareness.
What We're Looking For
A natural relationship-builder with a passion for people and purpose.Experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, sales, or business development.Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to connect across audiences.A creative, strategic thinker who can balance multiple priorities with professionalism.Proficiency with CRMs and Microsoft Office.Flexibility to attend occasional evening / weekend events.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in nonprofit, communications, or a related field
