The service area is within an approximately 60-mile radius of the St. Louis Arch. Simple IRA with 3% Employer Match. Health / Dental / Vision / and Life Insurance are available. Ability to adhere to all company policies / procedures and operate effectively within established budgetary restraints. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards. 5+ years of residential construction experience 2+ years of experience in a construction project management position with a strong skillset in estimating, home remodeling projects, and customer service. We want to add an experienced project manager to our Production Team familiar with St.
Louis and the Metro-East area.
We offer a broad range of products including windows, doors, roofing, sunrooms, and bathroom remodels just to name a few.
The chosen candidate must demonstrate the ability to multi-task during the day while being extremely detail-oriented.

The job is then handed off to the project manager to complete—report to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee multiple construction projects concurrently to completion.
- Timely, effective, and respectful communication with employees, vendors & customers.
- Develop project plans and timelines and perform kick-off meetings and quality checks.
- Review & approve the scope of work and remeasure jobs. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, changes, delays, conflicts, and status reports.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality and margins.
- Conduct project closeout and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Manage, recruit, and monitor in-house installers and subcontractor crews.
Ability to perform minor repairs as needed for the company. Salary :
