Company vehicle, gas reimbursement, cell phone, and computer provided. PTO and flexible schedule. Leadership development, mentorship, and ongoing training through Paul Davis University.

Reports To : General Manager or Owner
Role Summary
Manage restoration projects for residential and commercial properties post-fire or flood. Oversee renovation, budget control, and communication with owners and subcontractors. Build trust-based relationships, lead teams, and ensure project completion to industry standards.
