Restoration Project Manager (RPM) Job Description
Reports To : General Manager or Owner
Role Summary
Manage restoration projects for residential and commercial properties post-fire or flood. Oversee renovation, budget control, and communication with owners and subcontractors. Build trust-based relationships, lead teams, and ensure project completion to industry standards.
Responsibilities
Meet sales, gross margin, and brand experience goals.Track project metrics bi-weekly.Confirm budgets and work orders before project start.Ensure compliance with standards and regulations.Build relationships with customers and vendors.Participate in community events to enhance partnerships.Qualifications
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Construction project management experience preferred; training provided for motivated candidates.Self-motivated, thrives in high-performance environments, and enjoys working with clients and tradespeople.Compensation and Benefits
Base commission : $50,000–$100,000 annually, based on project production (no earning cap).Company vehicle, gas reimbursement, cell phone, and computer provided.PTO and flexible schedule.Leadership development, mentorship, and ongoing training through Paul Davis University.Physical Requirements
Work in indoor / outdoor conditions, occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, and use personal protective equipment.
