Duties and Responsibilities :

Lead End-to-End Process Redesign Initiatives : Direct the analysis, redesign, and digitization of complex, paper-based workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance standards, and user needs.

Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration : Serve as the primary liaison between business units, IT, and executive stakeholders to ensure shared understanding, resolve barriers, and drive consensus on process improvements.

Ensure Quality, Risk Mitigation, and Compliance : Identify process risks and inefficiencies, prioritize corrective actions, and ensure all redesigned workflows meet data governance, security, and accessibility requirements.

Manage Project Timelines and Deliverables : Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking to ensure timely delivery of process maps, workflow designs, implementation plans, and training materials.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelors or masters degree in industrial engineering, systems engineering, or related field 7+ years of experience in process engineering

Experience moving processes from paper to digital tools

Experience collaborating with internal IT departments

Experience designing systems with union collective bargaining agreements and labor relations sensitivities

Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
