We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of warehouse tasks, ensuring that materials are accurately picked, packed, and shipped while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, stage, and load materials for shipment.
• Receive and inspect incoming materials and ensure accurate documentation.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

The work environment includes a bustling warehouse setting with modern equipment and tools. Employees work on rotating 12-hour shifts, including weekends. Safety and cleanliness are emphasized to ensure a productive and secure workspace.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Decatur, Alabama.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00 / yr.

Offers a full line of benefits (BCBS of Alabama for medical, Guardian- Dental; EyeMed- Vision). Additional benefits such as team life, STD, LDT and identity theft covered at 100%. 401k : company matches 3.5% on an employees contribution of 6%.

Paid leave : 80 hours of accrued Vacation, 24 hours of accrued Emergency Leave, 10 paid Holidays.

This is a fully onsite position in Decatur, AL.
